Drama Vocabulary!

Contributed to - I contributed to the Christianity Project by doing the church site report and the information gathering.







Insight - Drawing a heart diagram in Science class, gives us an insight of how the heart functions.





Evident - I saw a person walking down the streets with her head down and it was evident that something was wrong.






Express - In plays, the actors express themselves in order for the audience to understand the story of the play and what is going on.

The AIS Community

For about 3 weeks, we (Annie, Tyler, Ryan, and I) have interviewed AIS community members about there different views and opinions. As a result, we had common answers and of course, uncommon answers too. This video combines everything we have done for 3 weeks. So we hope you all enjoy :)

2nd Week of March Vocabulary :]

Potentially - Potentially getting in a fight, will get you in big trouble.






Proposal - The 8th grade teachers made a proposal to the school to go to Cat Tien for outdoor education.








Hazard - It is sometimes a hazard to cross the streets in Vietnam.





Empowered - The school is empowered to suspend you if you cause trouble.





Ample - In order to be sustainable, people should use ample resources.

Vocabularies of the Week

Intensified - When an amplifier is used along with a guitar, the sound can be intensified. For example: In a concert, amplifiers are used in order for the audience to hear.

Vital - The strings in a guitar are vital because without it, no rhythm can be made.






Immortality - Two people's love can have immortality just as long as they stay faithful to each other.





Legitimate - A degree can prove if a person is legitimate to work the position they're inquiring for.





Tremor - When a person has a nervous feeling, there can hands can sometimes tremor to show they're nervous.

Vocabulary of the Week :]



 Observation - In order to observe a plant closely in order to see it's cells, a microscope is used for observation.

 Emphasize - When the letters in a word are all capitalized, the word is being emphasized in order for people to see.

Reactions - When the basketball season ended, the reactions of the girl's basketball team was sad and wished it never ended.

Define - If you don't know the definition for a word, you will most likely try to define it in order to
understand.

Tersely - Sentences in an essay should be written tersely so the readers won't get confused

Breach - "The bank was breach yesterday night by five robbers," the woman reported.

Riveted - Last semester I was riveted by basketball, but this semester, I'm hoping to be riveted by soccer If I get in the team.

Vigil - Their must be vigil in prisons or else chaos between the people
may possibly occur.
